Zest Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Dudley and the surrounding areas. We work in partnership with several schools in and around Dudley, many of which have a high demand for reliable, confident Cover Supervisors, with immediate opportunities available.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging, interactive pre‑planned lessons to classes across a range of subjects.
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and focus.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback for the classroom teacher following each lesson.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring all students remain on task and follow school expectations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A genuine passion for supporting the development of young people, helping them grow both academically and personally.
• Good levels of numeracy and literacy, ensuring you can confidently support learning across a range of subjects.
• Experience in a classroom environment – this is desirable but not essential.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 20 days’ experience working with children or young people, or be a recent university graduate. Because Cover Supervisor work is varied and fast‑paced, we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including:
