Cover Supervisor – Solihull

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Cover Supervisor at a school in the Solihull area. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a role that complements other commitments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans left by the teacher.
• Maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Manage student behaviour and ensure a focused and productive atmosphere.
• Supporting the learning and development of students across various subjects and year groups.

To be considered:

• You will have possess a Bachelors or Master’s Degree and have graduated within the last 2 years
• You will need a minimum of 20 days experience working with groups of children / young people to be considered. A Cover Supervisor can come from several back grounds including youth working, mentors, scout leaders, play group leaders and many others.
