These positions offer paid, flexible work in schools which can help someone who is looking to get entry onto a teacher training course in the near future. We are working closely with several secondary schools in and around Solihull. We work exclusively with schools in Solihull, Shirley and Marston Green.
This role is extremely popular with people who have an interest in education, working with young people, gaining classroom experience, or have recently graduated.

What qualifications do I need?
To be a successful Cover Supervisor we look for experience of 20 days or more working with children and/or young people. This role is a great steppingstone to get into a career in teaching. Ideally you will hold a degree, but this isn’t a necessity.
