The Role of a Cover Supervisor
A successful Cover Supervisor will be required to work in this secondary school delivering high quality pre-planned lessons to groups of 11-18 year old pupils.
Work will be pre-planned by the classroom teacher within school and you will be expected to deliver to students, manage behaviour and provide feedback to relevant people within school.
What qualifications do I need?
To be a successful Cover Supervisor we look for experience of 20 days or more working with children and/or young people. This role is a great stepping stone to get into a career in teaching. Ideally you will hold a degree, but this isn’t a necessity.

A Cover Supervisor can expect to be paid between £60 – £80 per day. Usual working hours will be between 8:30am – 3:30pm.
