Zest Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for day-to-day cover within primary schools in your local area. This exciting role allows you to choose the days you want to work while gaining invaluable experience in a variety of schools nearby.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparations, providing one-on-one support to students, managing classroom behavior, and helping with administrative tasks. To excel in this role, we recommend having a level 2 or above qualification in childcare. This will ensure that you have a solid foundation in understanding child development and can provide appropriate support to students. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
