An opportunity for an Early Career Teacher has arisen at a lovely First School in Redditch. Starting in the new academic year, you will be supported by an experienced ECT mentor and be given the chance to start your ECT induction period, as well as the opportunity of the position turning permanent.
You will be working with a bright Year 1 class of 30 pupils and be supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant. The class are currently expected to be performing above the national average.
The role will be full time and you will have the full responsibility of the class, to include planning and preparation.
The school’s ECT mentor is highly regarded and provides excellent support to all newly qualified teachers, having done the role for over 5 years.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
