Zest Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the vibrant team at a primary school in Erdington for the upcoming academic year. As part of our strong team, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, secure, and caring environment where individual differences are respected and celebrated. The school aim to empower all students to communicate effectively, embrace diversity, and make a positive impact in the modern world.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles

– Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, understanding, and collaboration

– Support students in developing essential communication skills and critical thinking abilities

– Implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire and motivate young minds

– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of every child

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid QTS.

The pay for this role will start from £120 a day, depending on references and experience. The school are also looking to support the successful candidate through their induction

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
