Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT looking to kickstart your teaching career in a supportive environment? Zest Education is seeking a passionate individual to join a welcoming primary school in Derby starting in September for the duration of the first term.
Responsibilities:
– Delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students
– Marking work and providing constructive feedback
– Supporting students to reach their full potential
– Adapting learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils
– Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
– Setting high standards of behaviour and promoting a culture of respect
Qualifications and Skills:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous teaching experience is desirable
– Sound knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods
– Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection issues
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
