Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking for an exciting new placement? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

Zest Education are working alongside secondary schools across the Solihull area who have a high demand for Early Career Teachers. Many of these schools belong to Multi Academy Trusts, meaning the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a well-established network of professionals. These roles are due to start in September 2024 and will be a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your Teaching career.

To be successful you will have:
  1. A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded you QTS or QTLS
  2. A strong enthusiasm for your specialist subject and the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons
  3. Excellent knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum (KS5 would also be beneficial)
  4. A team ethos and the ability to build strong and professional relationships with colleagues and pupils
  5. Excellent classroom and behaviour management

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum).
