Early Career Teacher – Walsall

Job Description

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for exciting opportunities in Walsall? Zest Education is seeking dedicated and passionate ECTs to join our team for a mixture of short and long-term roles throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of students
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining it
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work collaboratively with colleagues
