🌟 Early Career Teachers (ECT) – Wolverhampton

Pay: £140–£160 per day

Phases: EYFS – KS2

Zest Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers to work across a variety of warm, welcoming, and supportive primary schools in the Wolverhampton area. If you’re ready to build your confidence, gain valuable experience, and make a real impact in the classroom, we’d love to support your journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school communities
  • Demonstrating strong behaviour management and a proactive approach
  • Adapting confidently to different school environments
  • Creating a positive learning atmosphere where every child can thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS–KS2)
  • Are reflective practitioners eager to grow and develop
  • Are reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards
  • Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
