Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: City Centre
Start Date: September – until the end of the school term
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire learners
Mark students’ work and provide constructive feedback
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
Collaborate with other educators and staff to support whole-school development
Provide tailored support to pupils, ensuring all learners progress
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Confidence in teaching in a primary setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding and behavior management
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Commitment to your own professional development and growth
A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
