We are currently seeking an Early Years Classroom Assistant to join this outstanding school as soon as possible. This is a part-time position until the end of the academic year, providing a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the education and development of young learners. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
– Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities
– Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
– Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Monitoring student progress and behaviour
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with early years or primary school students
– A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
– Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field are desirable
