Do you have a passion for supporting children in the early years foundation stage? Zest is helping a Nursery in Northfield to find an Early Years Educator to join their team. The role is on a full-time basis due to start as soon as possible on an on-going basis.

With a vibrant environment allowing children to explore and learn through play, every day can feel like an adventure to any child who walks through their front door. The nursery strongly believes that each child, no matter their starting point, should be provided learning that is fun and engaging. They aim for all children to be well prepared for a seamless move into primary school.

The nursery would love to hear from energetic and creative individuals. The successful candidate must:

  • Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Have the ability to recognise and support individual needs
  • Work effectively with senior managers to ensure a smooth transition for all children
  • Be confident working with children of all ages
  • Build engaging relationships with both staff and children
  • Hold the highest regard for the safeguarding and welfare of all children

Pay is dependent on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
