Job Description

Zest Education is looking for passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Teachers to join private nurseries in the Lichfield area. With immediate start opportunities, this is a fantastic chance to work in supportive, professional settings while making a real difference to children’s early development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Early Years Teacher status (QTS/EYT)

  • Experience working with children aged 0–5

  • A genuine passion for early years education and development

  • Excellent communication and team-working skills

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Desirable:

  • Paediatric First Aid Training

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with nursery teams to deliver outstanding early years education, creating safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments. You will plan and implement high-quality learning experiences, supporting children’s growth and development across all areas.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
