Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is delighted to be working closely with a school in Telford. They are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team starting in May on a part-time basis until the end of the academic year.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant at this esteemed school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of young children. Your responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for working with young children, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
