Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is in partnership with a school in Telford that is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time position is available until the end of the academic year.

As an Early Years Classroom Support Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with the teaching staff to support the educational and social development of young students. Responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students as needed, and contributing to the overall positive learning environment in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have to have recent experience in a relevant setting and an enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be willing to obtain one. You must have a passion for educating young children and their development.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
