Zest Education are working with a busy primary school in Lozells to recruit for a Teaching Assistant to work with a number of pupils in Early Years who require additional support. This position is on a part time basis and will start from January 2024.
The school is a wonderful school four form entry who aim to provide children with exciting learning opportunities and life experiences. The dedicated team of staff nurture the children to grow into confident, independent, and hardworking individuals.
The role will require you to be a supportive and reliable individual who is confident providing support to pupils on a 1-1 basis and in small groups. You must also have experience of strong behaviour management along with having the ability to work well as part of a strong team. This role will also require you to help the class teacher where needed with basic roles in the classroom like preparing resources.
The pay for this role will start from £75 a day dependent on references and experience.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
