Job Description

Zest education is currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to work within a lovely, small nursery within the outskirts of Tamworth. The nursery has been rated an ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and is seen as a welcoming environment not only for the children but also for the staff.

The job is due to start in Sept 2025 and is a permanent position. This is a full-time position working from Monday-Friday from the hours 9.30am – 4.30pm. The position is based within a small nursery room with children from the ages ranges 2-3years working on a 1:4 ratio with the children.

Key responsibilities include providing snack for them children, completing risk assessments on activities and planning day to day activities. The ideal candidate would have experience working within an early years foundation and would have the relevant qualifications/certificates to provide the children’s best interest.
