We are closely collaborating with schools in Staffordshire to provide ECT placement opportunities. There are various roles available, both short-term and long-term.

Successful candidates should possess the following:
– A PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification in the UK, resulting in a QTS or QTLS qualification.
– A strong passion for their subject, coupled with exceptional knowledge across KS3 and KS4.
– A desire to work as part of a collaborative teaching team.
– The ability and knowledge to effectively plan, assess, and deliver high-quality lessons (planning and assessing only applies to short- and long-term placements).
– Excellent classroom management skills, including behaviour management.
– Proficiency in using computers, along with strong ICT skills and time management abilities.
