A popular primary school in Bromsgrove are recruiting for a full time Year 4 Early Career Teacher to start with them in September 2022. The position will be long-term and will be ideal to support someone in the first steps of their teaching career. The head is looking to support an ECT (NQT) through their induction period for a minimum of 2 terms.

This fantastic primary school has a good reputation for strong academic results across all year groups and has a long-standing relationship with the local community. The school is a 1 form entry which benefits from excellent indoor and outdoor facilities.

The successful teacher must:

  • Hold valid UK QTS
  • Demonstrate the highest regard for health and safety and the safeguarding of all pupils
  • Be an enthusiastic, reliable, and resourceful teacher
  • Have a passion for education and supporting children of all abilities
  • Be a strong team player who is approachable and engaging
  • Be open to sharing your ideas and expertise for the benefit of the children
