✨ About the Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young learners’ educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, creative, and well‑structured lessons across the Primary curriculum
• Supporting pupils through effective marking and constructive feedback
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Working full‑time, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Start date: Immediate / ASAP

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confidence and competence teaching within a Primary school setting
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• A solid understanding of Safeguarding
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s learning
• An enthusiastic, committed, and proactive approach to teaching
