Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH)? Zest Education is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a special educational needs school in Stoke-on-Trent. This full-time role offers an immediate start in a supportive and inclusive environment.


 Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver English up to GCSE double award

– Work with students aged 3-18 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH)

– Ability to teach another relevant subject is a plus

– Embrace the school’s therapeutic culture and ethos

– Commitment to raising achievement and standards

– Innovative and creative curriculum delivery



– Hold qualified teacher status (QTS)

– Excellent subject knowledge and understanding

– Ability to inspire, enthuse, and motivate students

– Strong team player with a vision for development

– Possess humour, energy, flexibility, and a positive outlook
