Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to support the education sector? We are seeking Exam Invigilators to join our team starting from January 2025 onwards. This temporary position is perfect for individuals looking to work during exam seasons. You will be responsible for overseeing exams in schools across Wolverhampton, ensuring a fair and secure testing environment for students.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of the exam process. Shift patterns will vary based on the exam schedules, ranging from full-day sessions to half-day sessions. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Setting up exam venues and ensuring all materials are provided
– Checking student attendance and verifying identification
– Adhering to exam regulations and reporting any irregularities
– Providing support to students during the exam if needed
– Collecting and securely submitting exam papers
Requirements:
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and follow instructions
– Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
– Prior experience in invigilating exams is a plus

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
