Zest Education is recruiting organised and vigilant Exam Invigilators to support schools in Rugeley during the upcoming exam seasons. This is a flexible, term-time role ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting students’ success in a calm, controlled environment.
Supervise pupils during exams, ensuring they follow all exam board regulations
Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently
Monitor the exam room to prevent malpractice and maintain a quiet atmosphere
Assist students with seating and ensure they have the correct materials
Record attendance and report any incidents or irregularities
Support with exam room setup and tidying away after sessions
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional
✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
✅ Confident managing groups of students
✅ Good communication and organisational skills
✅ Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator or working in schools (desirable but not essential)
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
