Join the Zest Education team as an Exam Invigilator in the Wolverhampton area! We are currently recruiting for motivated individuals to help oversee exams during busy periods. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and support students in achieving their academic goals.
**Duties of Exam Invigilators:**
1. Setting up exam venues by arranging desks and ensuring all necessary materials are provided.
2. Checking student identification to verify authenticity.
3. Distributing exam papers and monitoring the exam process to ensure fairness and compliance with regulations.
4. Assisting students with any queries or issues that may arise during the exam.
5. Collecting and organizing completed exam papers.
6. Maintaining a calm and professional atmosphere during exam sessions.
7. Reporting any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities.
**Requirements:**
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
– Reliable and punctual.
– Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children.
All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you, the cost of the DBS is £61.30) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
