Zest Education is seeking an experienced Exams Officer to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. This is an immediate start opportunity at a great school.
Duties of an Experienced Exams Officer:
– Oversee the organisation and administration of all internal and external exams
– Manage exam timetables, room allocations, and invigilation schedules
– Coordinate the processing and submission of exam entries and results to relevant exam boards
– Ensure compliance with exam regulations and procedures
– Provide support and guidance to students, teachers, and staff regarding exam processes
– Maintain accurate records of exam papers, transcripts, and certificates
– Liaise with exam boards, external invigilators, and other stakeholders as necessary
– Handle any issues or disputes related to exams in a professional and timely manner

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
