Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher to work at a primary school in Lichfield on a full-time basis starting in September 2024 until the end of the academic year.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of young minds. To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant placement experience that we can reference.

At this primary school, they actively encourage children to share their views and opinions regularly. Pupils are listened to by adults and are taught to actively listen to one another, respecting the right of every individual to have their opinions heard. The school will provide you with support throughout your ECT year. This includes mentoring, professional development opportunities, and a nurturing environment to help you thrive in your role.

The successful candidate will be a creative individual who can work well as part of a team. You will have a strong subject knowledge of the curriculum and plan, deliver and mark high quality lessons that are accessible to all Excellent classroom and behaviour management is desirable. You must also hold the highest regard to the safeguarding and well-being of all children. The school are open to supporting and mentoring the Early Career Teacher to ensure they achieve their full potential within the classroom.

Pay will begin from £120 and will depend on experience and references.
