EYFS Level 3 Practitioner / Baby Room Lead – Edgbaston 🌟

£14+ per hour | Full Time or Term Time Available

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a highly sought‑after private school in Edgbaston to recruit an exceptional EYFS Level 3 qualified practitioner for a Baby Room / EYFS Lead role.

  • Lead and inspire within the baby room / EYFS provision
  • Plan and deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Support and mentor colleagues, contributing positively to the team
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

✅ We’re Looking For:

  • EYFS Level 3 qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within an EYFS or baby room setting
  • A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong knowledge of child development and safeguarding
  • Confidence, initiative and a genuine love for early years education
