We are recruiting for a full time EYFS teacher for a first school in Redditch. The position will be starting after Easter and will continue on a temporary basis until October 2022.

The role will be full time, with full planning and assessment responsibilities to be expected, and is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified/early careers teacher or an experienced teacher. This is a strong and open team to work with and will offer further opportunities within the school to progress your career in teaching.

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Be consistent in maintaining high standards and positive behaviour for learning
  • Be passionate about providing an inspiring curriculum
  • Have a flair for teaching and engaging pupils
  • Be a fun, approachable and reliable individual

This is a popular first school which aims to provide all children with essential life skills by allowing children to develop into independent and organised individuals and by having a strong focus on equality and inclusion.

The school supports training and development for all its staff and is continually looking for strong team players to join their team.  Both newly qualified teachers/early careers teachers (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
