🌟 About the Role

As an EYFS & KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across Reception and Key Stage 1. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high‑quality support to teaching and learning in EYFS and KS1 classrooms
• Assisting children with their social, emotional, and academic development
• Delivering 1:1 and small‑group interventions to help pupils progress
• Preparing classroom resources and supporting engaging learning activities
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

⭐ What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Experience supporting children in EYFS or KS1
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff
• A genuine passion for helping young learners succeed
