As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5 years old. You will work closely with qualified teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.
– Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
– Monitor and record children’s progress, identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with the teaching team to address them.
– Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular feedback on children’s development and well-being.

Requirements:
– Level 2 qualifications in Early Years Education or equivalent.
– Prior experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
– A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children’s learning.
