EYFS & KS1 Teaching Assistant
📍 Location: Perry Common, Birmingham
🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
🏫 School: Primary (Reception & KS1)
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Perry Common. This full-time role will focus on supporting children in Reception and Key Stage 1, helping to provide the very best start to their educational journey.
Supporting teaching and learning in Reception and KS1 classes.
Assisting pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Working 1:1 or with small groups to provide targeted support.
Helping with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
Experience working with children in EYFS or KS1.
A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
