Zest Education is currently looking for a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to work at a welcoming primary school in Atherstone. This part-time role, scheduled for Mondays to Wednesdays, is set to commence immediately to support the growth and development of young minds within a nurturing community environment.

This particular primary school is one that nurtures, values and encourages all the children within their care; providing every child with enriching opportunities to shine.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse, demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting the educational journey of children. Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient, and able to engage with young learners effectively.

Key responsibilities include assisting the class teacher in implementing educational activities, providing support to individual students, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Candidates with a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare are highly preferred.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
