EYFS Teaching Assistant

Roles and responsibilities:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, facilitating learning activities, and providing personalized assistance to students. You will help create a positive and stimulating learning environment, where every child feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of early years education, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting young children in their learning journey.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with early years students
– Relevant qualification in early childhood education or related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team
– A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting student learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
