Zest is working closely with a warm and welcoming school in Walsall to recruit for a Teaching Assistant to work alongside multiple children in EYFS who have additional needs. The role is due to begin in September 2022 on a full-time basis.

The school is a happy and exciting place where every child matters and all children come first. The school is at the heart of the community and have a wonderful set of staff, pupils and parents who contribute to the ongoing success at the school.

The successful candidate will ideally be someone who has experience working with children who have additional needs. The candidate must also be a motivated and hardworking individual who is comfortable supporting and inspiring pupils. This role will also require you to be an engaging and enthusiastic individual.

The pay for this role will be dependent on experience and references.

All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
