Full‑Time EYFS Teaching Assistant – Outstanding Primary School in Quinton

Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring full‑time Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in Quinton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Early Years education and eager to support young learners in a nurturing, engaging environment.

About the Role

As an integral part of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, you will:

  • Support small groups of children with their learning and development.
  • Provide 1:1 assistance when needed, including personal care.
  • Help maintain a positive, stimulating learning environment.
  • Support with everyday TA tasks such as preparing resources, creating classroom displays, and helping to organise activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to promote children’s progress, independence, and confidence.

Hours & Contract

  • Full time: 08:30 – 15:40, Monday to Friday.
  • Role runs until the end of the summer term.
  • Strong possibility of moving into a permanent position from September 2026 for the right candidate.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
