EYFS Teaching Assistants & Nursery Practitioners
📍 Location: Erdington, Birmingham
🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time or Part-time, flexible)

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teaching Assistants and Nursery Practitioners to join our supply team, working across primary schools and early years settings in Erdington. These roles are flexible, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.
Support children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including Nursery and Reception classes.
Assist with learning through play, phonics, and early development activities.
Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide targeted support.
Help to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Support the class teacher or room leader with resources and classroom organisation.
Experience working with nursery or primary-aged children (essential).
A relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching Assistant support (preferred but not essential).
A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different schools and settings.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Flexible supply work – full-time or part-time to suit you.
Opportunities to gain experience across a range of EYFS and primary settings.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
