Zest Education are working with a brilliant primary school in Erdington to recruit for a PPA Teacher to work on a full-time basis. The role is looking to begin in February 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year for the right candidate.
The school is located in central Erdington therefore is easily accessible via public transport and candidates choosing to travel via their own vehicle will also have access to secure onsite parking. The school create happy and friendly environment where all staff put children at the heart of everything they do. The school offer a vibrant and engaging curriculum and support all learners to be the best they can be.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a valid QTS.
- Quickly build professional relationships with other staff members and the children.
- Have strong behaviour management skills.
- Be proficient in literacy and numeracy.
- Be a strong team, hardworking team players.
All planning for this role will be required, however you will be required to mark at the end of each day.
The pay for this role will range from £140 through to £212 a day, depending on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
