Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Teaching Assistant to work at a vibrant primary school in Lichfield.

In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work alongside the class teacher in Year 1, providing invaluable support and guidance to students.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who possesses the following qualities:

1.  The ideal candidate should be compassionate and empathetic towards the needs of young children and be able to build strong, supportive relationships with them.

2. Effective communication with both students and staff is essential for success in this role. The ability to listen actively and convey information clearly is key.

3. Working in a school environment can be dynamic and fast-paced. The successful candidate should be adaptable and flexible in responding to the changing needs of the classroom.

4. A good Teaching Assistant is well-organised and proactive in assisting the class teacher with various tasks such as preparing materials, supervising activities, and supporting individual students.

5.  Being a team player is crucial in a school setting. The ideal candidate should work well collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the overall educational environment.
