Zest Education is recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged child in South Stafford. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with strong experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs, particularly those who are non‑verbal, have delayed learning, or are on the autism spectrum.
You will work closely with one child on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. The role requires patience, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
