Full-Time Year 4 Teacher (ECT or Experienced) – Willenhall, West Midlands – September Start

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a friendly and community‑focused primary school in the Willenhall area. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full‑time, long‑term basis for the full academic year.

This opportunity is open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching within a supportive and well‑led school environment.

What: Full‑time Year 4 Teacher position – suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers

When: Starting at the beginning of the next academic year (September 2026) and continuing for the full year

Where: Willenhall & surrounding areas

The Role

As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and growing independence
  • Establish clear routines and maintain high expectations for behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leaders to ensure strong outcomes for all pupils
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support learning beyond the classroom

The Ideal Candidate 

The school is looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Is confident, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent classroom presence
  • Is committed to delivering high‑quality lessons that inspire and challenge learners
  • Is reflective, proactive and a positive team player
  • Can build strong rapport with pupils and create a supportive, engaging learning environment
