Zest Education is currently working with a fantastic school in Lichfield that is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to both teachers and students, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. The school are looking for the teaching assistant to join their team on a full time basis from September 2024 until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children. Responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual students with their learning needs, and helping to create a nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive. The school are looking for a candidate who has had prior experience working with primary school students ideally year 4 students.
