Zest Education is working with schools across Stoke on Trent who need passionate teachers to work within a variety of secondary schools in their local areas. The roles are flexible to work around you and your commitments.
Role – You will be required to work in secondary schools delivering high quality pre-planned lessons to groups of 11-18 year old pupils. Subjects include Maths, Science and English.
Contract – Temporary- We have part time and full time roles to start in September 2023.
Schedule – Monday – Friday.
Experience required – The minimum qualifications needed for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience within the last 5 years, teaching the British Curriculum.
The successful applicant must have the ability to:
- Manage the behaviour of students in line with the schools policies
- Demonstrate the highest standards for health and safety and safeguarding procedures
- Be both a strong team player and be able to work independently
- Be consistent in working with a broad range of pupils
- Motivate and engage positively with students
- Plan,deliver and mark high quality lessons (only for long term placements)
