Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and nurturing a love for geography? Zest Education is seeking a passionate Geography Teacher to join a school in Balsall Heath full-time in the new academic year (September 2024).  The school is a diverse and inclusive environment, with a supportive Head Teacher and a dynamic SLT who have a student-centered approach that allows the pupils to thrive.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can create engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will have the opportunity to plan enriching field trips that align with the curriculum and provide hands-on learning experiences for KS3 and KS4 students.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop innovative lesson plans that foster a deeper understanding of geographical concepts
– Utilise effective assessment methods to track student progress and tailor teaching strategies accordingly
– Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of exam requirements and curriculum standards
– Exhibit strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment for all students
