Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated Teacher of Geography to join our team. Starting in September 2024 at a popular secondary school in Solihull, you will play a key role in shaping the future of KS3 and KS4 students through your passion for Geography education. As a pivotal member of our dynamic learning environment, you will have access to updated classroom facilities and a supportive leadership team that values student-centric decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles, fostering student motivation and success in Geography.
– Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
– Stay abreast of advancements/changes in the subject to ensure a relevant and comprehensive curriculum.
– Utilise strong behaviour management skills to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, building meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
