📍 About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates to work as Cover Supervisors across a range of secondary schools in the Birmingham area. This is a daily supply role, meaning you’ll step into different schools—sometimes on the same day—providing classroom supervision when teachers are absent.

It’s an ideal opportunity if you’re considering a future in teaching, want to gain school-based experience, or simply enjoy dynamic, people-focused work.

  • Last‑minute bookings are common, so this role suits someone adaptable and reliable

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

This role is open to graduates from the last three years, from any discipline. You don’t need prior school experience—just the right attitude.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working with young people
  • Stay calm and confident in new environments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Can think on your feet and adapt quickly
  • Are reliable, punctual, and positive

📚 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre‑set work and ensuring students stay on task
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Building rapport with staff and students across different schools
  • Gaining valuable experience for future teacher training or education roles

⭐ What You’ll Gain

  • Hands‑on classroom experience
  • Flexible working to suit your lifestyle
  • A great stepping stone into teaching
  • The chance to explore a variety of school environments
  • Competitive daily rates and ongoing support
