Pay: £14.25 /per hour

Zest Education are currently looking for a highly organised and professional Headteacher’s PA to provide comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Act as main point of contact for all communication to the Head, including in person, by telephone, email an post.
• Oversee the Head’s diary, ensuring effective day-to-day time management, prioritising commitments and scheduling regular events and meetings.
• Manage the Head’s correspondence: receiving, drafting responses, typing, dispatching and filing.
• Take accurate minutes for Staff Briefings, Academic HoDs, Strategy and Development planning sessions, and any ad hoc meetings for the Head and Senior Deputy Head.
• Provide full administrative support to ensure the Head’s Office operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Anticipate and schedule key events, meetings and cycles in the school year.

You Will Need:

• Previous PA or Senior administrative experience (ideally in a school environment)
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one).
• Strong organisation with excellent attention to detail.
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
