Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute innovative lesson plans that engage students and promote active learning.
– Provide constructive feedback on student performance to enhance their academic progress.
– Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student involvement and achievement.
– Collaborate with fellow educators to design effective teaching methodologies and enhance the overall learning experience.
– Stay informed about the latest educational trends and advancements in the field of Health and Social Care to deliver high-quality instruction.

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • QTS – Qualified Teacher status in Health & Social Care (ECT’s, formerly known as NQT’s, are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent subject knowledge of Health & Social Care in Key Stages 3 (KS3) and 4 (KS4) is essential
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/placement
