Zest Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded primary school in Dudley to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the teacher’s absence.
• Lead targeted interventions and small group work to support pupil progress.
• Provide high-quality classroom support alongside teachers across various year groups.
• Assist in assessing pupil progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the wider school community, contributing to extracurricular activities where appropriate.
Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience delivering whole-class teaching.
• Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
• Strong behavior management and confident classroom presence.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A commitment to supporting children’s academic and personal development.
