Job Description

A lovely primary school in Lichfield require a HLTA to join their team September 2022 on a full time basis for 1 term.

This school is set amongst a beautiful village just outside of Lichfield with great results year on year. Behaviour throughout the school is good and you will have fantastic support throughout.

The successful candidate will be working across school doing a mix of supporting, including taking small groups for intervention and leading. You will be required to cover PPA sessions as and when needed, and have the responsibility of the class marking. You will be expected to build relationships with pupils and staff quickly but professionally. You will be working closely and supporting the class teacher, ensuring all children stay on task and have a good understanding of the lesson objectives.

Please note that to be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 4 qualification or above (in a relevant subject) or have at least 3 months referenceable experience within the last 5 years. You must be available full time. Due to the location of the school your own transport will be essential.

Pay is dependent on experience: £70-£90 per day.
